Legado by Lanstone Homes prides itself on offering the finest finishes, tailored to echo the unique lifestyle of each homeowner.
Our approach to capturing the unique essence of Legado’s architecture, particularly the Modern Belgian farmhouse design, required innovative solutions to embody each home's individuality while maintaining a timeless appeal. While the integration of various exterior finishes presented a challenge at first, it enabled us to rethink traditional rendering methods.
For example, one of the lots features a striking stone arch entryway — a signature element that could be easily compromised with conventional techniques. To overcome this, we developed a custom rendering method that allowed us to integrate the stone arch flawlessly with the surrounding masonry. This technique not only preserved the architectural integrity of the design, but also highlighted the meticulous attention to detail that Legado is known for.
